Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2 April 2026

1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy applies to Synvu Limited ("Synvu", "we", "us", or "our"), a company incorporated in England and Wales (company number 15761962), with its registered office at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.

This policy applies solely to the synvu.com corporate website. Each of our products — Enforza, Xenscope, Xengo, and The Architect List — is an independent product with its own Privacy Policy governing how personal data is collected and processed within that product. Please refer to the relevant product website for its applicable privacy documentation.

For privacy-related enquiries, please contact us at: info@synvu.com

2. What data we collect

We collect only the information necessary to operate our website and respond to enquiries. This may include:

  • Contact information — your name and email address when you contact us voluntarily.
  • Usage data — anonymised data about how visitors interact with our website, including pages viewed, time on site, and referring URLs, collected via analytics tools.
  • Technical data — IP address, browser type, operating system, and device type, collected automatically when you visit the site.

We do not collect sensitive personal data (as defined under UK GDPR) through this website.

3. How we use your data

We use the data we collect for the following purposes:

  • To respond to enquiries and correspondence submitted via email.
  • To understand how visitors use our website and improve its content and performance.
  • To comply with legal obligations under applicable law.

Our legal basis for processing personal data is either (a) your consent, (b) our legitimate interests in operating a business website, or (c) compliance with a legal obligation.

4. Cookies and analytics

Our website may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to collect usage data. These include:

  • Strictly necessary cookies — required for basic website functionality.
  • Analytics cookies — used to understand how visitors interact with the site (e.g. page views, session duration). Data is aggregated and anonymised where possible.

You may disable cookies through your browser settings. Note that disabling cookies may affect some functionality of the website.

5. Data sharing and third parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We may share data with trusted third-party service providers who process data on our behalf under appropriate data processing agreements, including:

  • Website hosting and infrastructure providers
  • Email service providers
  • Analytics platforms

All third-party processors are required to handle your data in accordance with UK GDPR and our written instructions.

6. Data retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. Enquiry correspondence is typically retained for up to 24 months unless we have an ongoing relationship.

7. Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the following rights in relation to your personal data:

  • The right to access a copy of the data we hold about you
  • The right to rectification of inaccurate data
  • The right to erasure ("right to be forgotten") in certain circumstances
  • The right to restrict processing
  • The right to data portability
  • The right to object to processing based on legitimate interests
  • The right to withdraw consent at any time (where processing is based on consent)

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at info@synvu.com. We will respond within 30 days.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

8. International transfers

We are based in the United Kingdom. If any personal data is transferred to or processed in countries outside the UK, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with UK GDPR requirements, including the use of standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions where applicable.

9. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against accidental loss, destruction, alteration, unauthorised disclosure, or access. These include access controls, encrypted communications (HTTPS), and regular security reviews.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
